Tuition

Weekly Tuition: $250
All 8 Weeks: $2000

Weekly Sibling Tuition: $240/week
All 8 Weeks: $1920


What to Bring:

Please label ALL belongings with your child’s name before sending anything to camp!

  • indoor shoes* (crocs, slippers, Toms, etc)

  • several changes of clothes, all ages, including socks/underwear*

  • rain boots & rain jacket*

  • water shoes*

  • swimsuit

  • towel

  • water bottle

  • snack (additional snack if attending Extended Care)

  • lunch

  • Bundle Bag (if your child will be napping at camp): A bag containing 1 regular sized crib sheet, 1 thin blanket/sheet, 1 comfort item for rest time if needed. Bundle Bags will go home on Fridays for bedding to be laundered.

    * these items will remain at school for the duration of the time that your child is at camp and be sent home as they are used or on their last day.


What to Expect:

Drop Off/Pick Up:

Primary students will enter through the Children’s House (453 Howard’s Creek Rd) main door and the Pre-Primary students will enter through their classroom door at the front/west end of the building. The Elementary students will enter through the front door on the right hand side of the Norwood House (421 Howard’s Creek Rd.) porch. We will also dismiss through these doors at the end of each day. We have limited parking. Please do not linger in our parking lot after you drop off or pick up your child(ren) so we can clear the parking space quickly for another family.

Lunches/Snacks/Water Bottles:

Please pack your child(ren) a healthy lunch and snacks in a lunch box each day. Please try your best to pack your child's food in containers that they can open on their own. Each child should bring a reusable water bottle on their first day to use throughout the week. We will send them home on Fridays to be washed.

Sunscreen:

Please complete the Topical Ointment Form in Transparent Classroom as a part of your enrollment paperwork.

Please apply sunscreen prior to arriving at camp. We have Babyganics Mineral-Based SPF 50 spray sunscreen that we can re-apply as needed when we have your form submitted. If you would prefer us to use another brand/type, please send it in marked with your child's name.

Water Play:

Children will have weekly opportunities to play in sprinklers and in the creek (yay!) Please send a swimsuit and towel with your child. Primary/Elementary students should be able to put their swimsuits on with minimal assistance.
