Tuition and Fees

Mountain Pathways – a 501(c)3, non-profit, parent-owned corporation – strives to keep tuition as low as possible while still maintaining a superior faculty and learning environment. All tuition collected goes toward staff salaries, educational supplies and infrastructure maintenance.

Full Day Tuition (8:25 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) 
$11,330/year for one child
$10,197/year for any additional sibling(s)

Half Day Tuition (8:25 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) 
$7,200/year for one child

please note that the 10% discount is only available for full day siblings

*please expect a 3% tuition increase yearly

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due with your contract for new full day students. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due with your contract for new half day students. This deposit secures your child’s spot for the upcoming school year.

Activity/Supply Fee
For in-town field trips; art, music and physical education, and other activities. These fees will be used to supply some classroom materials and contribute to facilities maintenance. Fall semester fee, $150, is due by 8/1/25. Spring semester fees will be assessed in December 2025, not to exceed $200, and will be due by 1/31/26.

Extended Care for 2025-2026

  • After School care is available from 3:30-5:30pm each day for our Primary age groups (ages 3+).

    • $200 per month - this is a flat fee that will allow us to reserve your child’s spot for all 5 days a week.

    • $20 drop in rate for one day

  • Extended care fees are billed for the previous month’s care on your regular tuition invoice.

  • Extended care is only available on days where we have a regular dismissal.

  • Extended care will be discount for the months of January and July at $100/month due to the long break during both of these months. This will be the only discount available.
