Enrolling at MPS
We practice rolling admissions, reviewing and accepting new applications year-round for children from 12 months to 6 years. Full-day and Half-day options are available as well as daily After School Care (for ages 3+) to meet as many family needs here in the High Country.

Our Classrooms
In a Montessori classroom, children work at their own rate with carefully designed manipulatives and “works” that allow them to teach themselves. It is an educational approach that encompasses a philosophy, a method, an environment, and a very detailed curriculum.

The Montessori Approach
The Montessori method is itself oriented toward the experience of learning so that children learn how to learn. The Montessori environment contains specially designed, manipulative “materials for development” that invite children to engage in learning activities of their own individual choice.
