Before/after school programs
The Before and After School program is optional, and you may change your child’s schedule if needed, on a month by month basis only, and only if there is a space available on the day(s) you need. Before and After School use is purchased as a “slot” for the month for staffing purposes.
The Before School program runs from 7:45-8:25 a.m. each day. Children who arrive prior to 8:25 a.m. will be considered as drop-ins, and families will be billed a drop-in charge. Classroom teachers begin greeting students in classrooms at 8:25 a.m.
After School hours are 3:30-5:30 for Primary & Elementary students. At the end of the school day, children enrolled in the After School program, will be dismissed to the After School teacher. Each minute after 5:30 will be billed at a rate of $.50/min.
We can only offer drop-in care in the After School program if it is not at capacity and we can still meet NC mandated staffing regulations.
