As a non-profit organization, one of Mountain Pathways’ top priorities has always been to keep tuition as low as possible without sacrificing the quality of our children’s care and education.
The cost of tuition at MPS is lower than most private schools in North Carolina. Consequently, we constantly work to supplement our tuition through fundraising in order to honor this long-standing commitment. Our efforts help us grow, enrich our already dynamic curriculum, and increase our diversity as a community. Our relative success has given us the confidence to expand our programs and facilities.
Our dedicated parent board of trustees takes the lead in our fundraising efforts, while MPS families assist in organizing and implementing various projects. We are looking ahead to several exciting fundraising projects this year including our annual festival, SpringFest.
Please consider giving today. We are preparing our students for a world that is changing faster than most of us can fathom. The greatest asset to a citizen of the future is the positive self-image that comes from our approach to educating the Whole Child. Every child at Mountain Pathways is educated as an individual who is also a part of a community. The results are obvious when you talk to one of these children. Visit us today and consider helping us on our mission. We know you will see that it is truly a mission worth supporting.
If you’re ready to make a tax-deductible donation today, you may send a donation to us through PayPal by clicking the “Donate” button.
If you cannot support us financially, but have educational items that may be of value to our teachers and students, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Mountain Pathways makes an appeal each December to alumni families and friends for support in our ongoing fundraising efforts.
The Annual Giving Campaign serves to replenish the school’s financial aid account, allowing children from across the economic spectrum to benefit from our unique educational approach. This support from those who have been touched by the magic of Mountain Pathways in the past is critical to allowing us to reach out to those who will create a better future for our community and our world.
The Mountain Pathways Development Committee and PTO work together to create fun and exciting fundraisers each year.
In the past, these have included a Community Yard Sale (a smaller version of our retired Foscoe Thrift Store), T-shirt and other school paraphernalia sales, book fairs, wrapping paper drives, and many others. Check back for the latest information on these efforts.
